We deliver baggage from hotels and guesthouses in Osaka City directly to Kansai International Airport (KIX).
Our service also supports deliveries from the airport to accommodations in Osaka City, as well as transfers between hotels within the city.

STEP01
Reservations
Please make your reservation by 11:00 p.m. on the day before your desired service date, either through our online form or via LINE.
You will be asked to provide details such as the number of luggage items, pickup location, delivery destination, and your flight information.
STEP02
Luggage Pickup
Between 8:00 and 10:00 a.m., our staff will carefully collect your luggage at the designated location of your hotel or vacation rental.
After confirming the pickup, you will receive a receipt as proof of collection.
STEP03
Seamless Delivery
Your luggage will be delivered smoothly to Kansai International Airport on the same day.
We use dedicated vehicles and handle all items with the utmost care to ensure safe and gentle transportation.
STEP04
Delivery & Pickup
Luggage destined for Kansai International Airport will be delivered between 12:00 and 14:00 on the same day.
A notification will be sent via SMS upon arrival.
For deliveries to accommodations in Osaka City, your luggage will be delivered between 18:00 and 21:00.
