– Reservations must be made by the day before the delivery date.
– Same-day reservations, changes, or cancellations are not accepted.

????Luggage Contents
– The following items cannot be accepted:
– Cash or valuables
– Live animals
– Perishable items (including food)
– Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable or sharp objects)
– All luggage must be sealed with a tamper-evident seal or cable tie.
(Signature required for seal confirmation.)
– Unsealed luggage may be refused or excluded from compensation.

????Delivery and Delays
– Delivery delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
– We are not liable for delays or delivery failures due to external factors.
– However, if a delivery failure is caused by our error, a refund will be issued.

????Compensation and Insurance
– Compensation for damage or loss is available only for luggage sealed or tied,
under our “Unro Navigator Cargo Insurance (Kakudai Matsumoto)”.
– Minor scratches or scuffs on suitcases due to normal handling are not covered.

????Size and Weight Limits
– Restrictions apply to luggage size and weight.
