Q1 What areas are covered for delivery?
A We deliver between major accommodations in Osaka City and Kansai International Airport.
Q2 Can I make a same-day reservation?
A Yes, depending on availability. Please contact us via LINE, email, or the reservation form.
Q3 Can I leave items other than suitcases?
A Mainly suitcases are accepted, but large bags or carry-ons may be allowed. Please consult us.
Q4 Is insurance included for my luggage?
A Yes, insurance is conditionally applied.
Q5 What payment methods are available?
A We accept cash, PayPay, and credit cards.
Q6 Anything I should be careful about when handing over my luggage?
A Do not include valuables, cash, perishables, or hazardous items.Please seal your luggage with tape or a binding band.
