This is a same-day luggage delivery service primarily designed for travelers visiting the Kansai region from abroad.
We deliver baggage from hotels and guesthouses in Osaka City directly to Kansai International Airport (KIX).
Our service also supports deliveries from the airport to accommodations in Osaka City, as well as transfers between hotels within the city.

By using our service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Once your luggage has been entrusted to us,
it will be deemed that you have agreed to these terms.


1.Service Provision

・Our service is available only during the designated reception hours set by our company.
We are unable to provide pick-up or delivery outside of these hours.
・Reservations must be made no later than the day before the delivery date. Same-day
reservations, changes, and cancellations are not accepted.


2.Items Not Accepted

We do not accept the following items. In the event that such items are entrusted to us, we will bear no responsibility for loss, damage, or any other issues.

・Cash, securities, passports, airline tickets, electronic devices, jewelry, works of art,
branded goods, antiques, or any other valuables designated by us
・Perishable goods (including food)
・Live animals
・Hazardous materials (flammables, explosives, sharp objects, etc.)


3.Condition and Packing of Luggage

・Packing of luggage is the sole responsibility of the customer. Damage caused by insufficient packing will not be covered.
・All luggage must be either locked by the customer or sealed with the security tape provided by us.
・Luggage that is not locked or sealed may be refused, or will be excluded from compensation.


4.Fees

・Fees are based on the price list published on our website.
・Our fees include the Kansai Airport Baggage Service (KABS) temporary storage charge (normally 900 JPY for medium-sized luggage). Customers are not required to pay this fee separately at the airport counter.
・For oversized luggage (e.g. snowboards, surfboards, golf bags), an additional storage fee of 1,100 JPY will be charged.
・Fees may change depending on airport regulations or seasonal adjustments. Please check our website for the latest information.


5.Compensation and Liability

・Compensation is provided only within the scope of our affiliated insurance policy,Unkou Navi Cargo Insurance (Kakudai Matsumoto).
・Minor scratches or scuffs on suitcases from normal handling are not covered.
・Antiques, branded items, and similar goods will be assessed based on their normal market value. Appraised rarity or premium prices will not be covered.
・In the event of loss or damage caused by our responsibility, compensation shall be limited to the service fee paid, unless the damage was caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence.
・We are not liable for delivery delays or failures caused by external factors such as traffic conditions, weather, natural disasters, or strikes.


6.Collection from the Airport

・When collecting luggage from the airport’s temporary storage counter, we will document the condition of the luggage at the time of collection by photo or video.
・We bear no responsibility for damage or loss that occurred before the luggage was stored at the counter.


7.Payment Methods

・Payments may be made in cash or via cashless methods (PayPay, credit card, etc.).
・Some payment methods may not be available. Please contact us in advance if necessary.


8.Communication

・For delivery updates or urgent matters, we may contact you via the email address provided at the time of reservation, LINE, or WhatsApp.
・Please respond promptly to our communications.


9.Handling of Personal Information

・We will collect and manage your personal information, such as your name and contact details, only to the extent necessary to provide the service.
・Collected information will not be used for purposes other than service provision.


10.Governing Law and Jurisdiction

・These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
・Any disputes related to this service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Osaka District Court as the court of first instance.

Our service primarily covers the entire Osaka City area and Kansai International Airport (KIX).
We offer same-day luggage delivery to the airport, as well as pickups from hotels, guesthouses, and vacation rentals within the city. Transfers between accommodations are also supported.

STEP01


Please make your reservation by 11:00 p.m.,the day before your pickup date.
You can book through our online form or via LINE.
We will ask for details such as the number of bags, pickup location, delivery address, and your flight information.

STEP02


Between 8:00 and 11:00 a.m.,our staff will pick up your luggage from your hotel or vacation rental.
You will receive a receipt as proof of pickup.

STEP03


Your luggage will be delivered to Kansai International Airport on the same day.
We use our own vehicles and handle all items with great care to ensure safe delivery.

STEP04


Luggage going to Kansai International Airport will arrive between 12:00 and 14:00 on the same day.
You will get a message when the delivery is complete.
Luggage delivered to hotels in Osaka City will arrive after 4:00 p.m.
